My World

A playful piece by artist Ed Grossman. We often see the world as a vast expanse of land and seas, of continents and deserts. In reality our world is much smaller. Here, the artist’s world is depicted as a lake, a forest perhaps, some snow, a few tufts of grass, and in the center, the home- a fiery red hearth and a place to feel safe and comfortable. He places his home in the center and then takes the various pieces of his world and transforms them into a mini-planet. His world…or…is it My World…
